A boy who killed his dad and kissed his bunny before driving to a school and murdering a six year-old boy faces life in jail.
Jesse Osborne was just 14 when he murdered dad Jeffrey Osborne and schoolboy Jacob Hall in September 2016, with prosecutors now set to push for him to receive a life sentence.
They will present their case at Anderson County Courthouse in Columbia, South Carolina from Tuesday.
Osborne, who is now 17, admitted two counts of murder last December after being found mentally competent and tried as an adult.
A sentencing judge must now decide his age and level of maturity at the time of the crime.
Prosecutors want Osborne jailed for life, with a judge now set to decide whether the young killer should die behind bars .
The judge will also examine the circumstances of the crime, his home environment and whether they think Osborne stands any chance of being rehabilitated.
